My Commitment to You

I believe people are always more than the labels they carry or the worst things they have experienced. Every person deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, regardless of their background, identity, beliefs, or life experiences.

I welcome clients of all genders, racial and ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientations, gender identities, ages, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religious or political beliefs. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and free to explore the concerns that matter most to you.

I believe trust is built through honesty and openness, and I strive to approach every therapeutic relationship with humility. If I misunderstand something you've shared or make a mistake, I hope you'll tell me so we can work through it together.

I don't believe my role is to tell you how to live your life. My role is to help you better understand yourself so you can make thoughtful, intentional choices that reflect your values and the person you hope to become.
